Add support for ipv6.disable=1 Kernel Option

I like to disable IPv6 completely, which is not possible in Unraid as the default nginx webserver (WebGUI) listens to "::" (IPv6).

 

I think the best would be, if a user sets all ethernet ports to "IPv4 only", to remove those "listen" line from the nginx config. By that it would be possible to disable ipv6 in the Kernel, too.

 

I mean those two lines:
