Can't figure out why my server crashes after a week and my usb drive gets full

Having issues with unraid, its fine for a 2 weeks then it crashes not sure why, also my usb keeps filling up and cant figure out why

    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
