Everything else seems to still be working fine.
October 24, 20223 yr Hey everyone, the issue with mothership has been resolved. You may need to refresh the webgui, but there should be no more error messages shown there. There should be no connection between this and Plex.
October 24, 20223 yr Author Failure there known. Now still can not connect. can ping. docker (plex) appears functional. But neither unraid ip or name are being seen in windows.

Sorry, I do not understand. Are you able to access the Unraid webgui? If so, are the error messages you initially reported gone?
October 24, 20223 yr Author Yup. no errors under my name dropdown. But the server is not appearing, either by name or ip address. //192.168.1.xxx/{share} or //tower/{share} both fail. I can ping the IP from cygwin. Filebot returns Server disconnected (code 1006) as does handbrake I'll dig more after my work ends, but this is odd.

The diagnostics.zip file (from Tools -> Diagnostics) would have clues. Simplest solution is probably to reboot

October 24, 20223 yr I don't think this is related to My Servers. Maybe to be sure, uninstall the My Servers plugin and reboot?

October 25, 20223 yr I'm sure it is fixable. If the problem still exists after removing the My Servers plugin then I'd suggest uploading a new diagnostics.zip file to a new post in the General Support area.
