ssh into a docker container running on a unraid server?

Using docker I am running a Screeps game server and I would like to SSH into it. How would I do it since the ip address of the Screeps server is the same as my unraid server.

    From the drop down in the WebUI, select Console.  Or SSH into the server and then issue the appropriate docker exec command to gain access.
