[solved] Slow transfer speeds

Featured Replies

Hello, I am a beginner , and after I created a share with cache, I noticed even with a 1GB connection it starts with a high speed then it goes slow (also turbo write is activated). What can I do do fix it?

Copying small files will always be much slower, test with large files.

Yes, on a large single file, it goes 100MBS and my network is at like 800MBS. But can't I do something to improve small files transfer speed?

You network is gigabit, max speed in Bytes (not bits) is around 115MB/s.

Not really, it's always much slower with any filesystem/PC due to the extra metadata operations.
