Docker no longer shows any containers and somehow the Docker directory has changed and nested itself multiple folders seep

Docker directory says it now sits at: /mnt/user/system/docker/docker/docker/

 

I definitely did not change this, a docker.img file is located at both ../docker folders one level up.

 

Any clue on how this could have happened, and what are my best options for getting it back to normal state?
