October 31, 20223 yr Putty shows Network Error: Connection refused. Already switched lan ports on the switch. What other possible reasons could there be? Can it be the USB is dying? Will it cause such issues? My Servers shows it as offline, where in fact, it is online. Edited October 31, 20223 yr by jang430
November 1, 20223 yr Author Hello. Anyone? I've since replace my USB to a new one, replaced the license. I've deleted all the contents of config except for the license key. Up to now, access to web gui is intermittent. But right now, it's totally inaccessible. I've connected a monitor and keyboard to it. I can see that it's assigned an IP address. But heading to that IP address via browser doesn't give me the web gui. Pinging still works. Running out of ideas of how to troubleshoot.

November 1, 20223 yr Author Hi. I did plug a keyboard and monitor onto it, and I can login as root. Though I don't know how to generate diagnostics from the console. I later recreated Unraid on a new USB, doing new config, doing everything all over again (lucky there isn't any content of importance, and I also want to redo it). This seemingly has been consistent already, at least for now. I then have another system, also Unraid, also experiencing the same problem, can login when keyboard and monitor is plugged, but not accessible via web gui. Before I updated the My Server plugin, it seems to work fine. Could the old My Server plugin, when upgraded to the latest, possibly cause this problem of not being accessible in web gui? To test my theory, what can I remove from my USB to remove the recently upgraded My Servers plugin?

November 3, 20223 yr Author Hello. Can someone help see why I'm having this problem? Is the generated diagnostics giving meaningful information?
November 5, 20223 yr Community Expert You have completely filled rootfs, the space the OS works in. If you fill rootfs, the server will behave erratically and maybe crash since the OS no longer has any space to work in. Any path that isn't a disk or user share is a path in rootfs. You need to figure out where you have specified a path in rootfs, possibly one of your docker host paths, and fix that. You will have to reboot so you can work on that.
