I have installed CA backup v2 so i can backup appdata.

 

But can i backup my flash drive in a schedule?

The MySevers plugin will keep the flashdrive automatically up to date.

But you can still use the Backup plugin to have a local backup if you want. (I do)

I use CA Backup / Restore Appdata. I use it for it's main purpose but there is a USB backup section. It is noted as Depreciated, but it is still functional.
