Docker containers keep exiting with 137 and don't run reliably

nzbget is giving me a lot of trouble. it randomly works when i continually try resetting, etc, but it constantly hangs as soon as i start it. this is true of many docker containers. sometimes if i let it sit a while, i get a bunch of error messages about hanging downloads. i've never had this issue before so i have no idea what is causing it.

 

i briefly used sabnzbd but it performed very poorly.
