Need help installing a github repo without a Docker Hub

Hello everyone!

I am trying to install this repo https://github.com/mlow/steam-library-updater as a Docker container on my Unraid install.  I have tried using the CA tab and searching Docker Hub but they don't have the image available there.  I am at a loss as to how to get this downloaded and installed.

 

Step by step instructions would be great!
