(SOLVED) UNMOUNTABLE: NO FILE SYSTEM

This morning, I can't access unraid's webui, so i reboot the computer, this is a unclean shutdown, and then Fix Common Problems noticed that disk10 is read only, so i stop the array, then start it again, then i got noticed that disk10 said "Unmountable: No file system".  

What should I do, I need some help, thank you all very much

    start the array in maintenance mode and run 

    xfs_repair -L sdh

    Successfully repaired the file system, then start array also successfully mount the disk10
