Hello, I'm having some issues registering my server with my license. In general it seems I will need to wait for a response from unRaid support in order to get it working but in the mean time I wanted to post on the off chance I get some help. Also because the registration documentation seems in desperate need of an update and maybe people here can clarify some of the pieces.

First I've now paid for an activation key twice. Once through the drop down in the top right of the webGui after my trial expired, and once attempting to get things working, directly through the unRaid website. Neither of these seem to work and were both very frustrating. The first just tried to load the key automatically and gave me an error. The second has given me an activation code but there's no where to input it! The instrucitons say very clearly, "select "Redeem Activation Code" (Unraid 6.10) ... Next enter the activation code and complete the activation process." but selecting Redeem Activation Code, just brings me to a pop where it tries and fails to do it automatically. Are these instructions just out of date? They do not seem to relate to the actual current process. I've also seen suggestions online to copy the activation URL link to the servers Tools->Registration page but I can't find that link. It doesn't seem to be in any of the emails unRaid has sent about my purchase, just the activation code?

I don't understand the interplay between this URL, the actual activation code, and this automatic process that unRaid seems to be trying and failing at. Sorry for the frustration here, it's just annoying to spend the money and have it just not work  without a ton of recourse.

Any suggestions, or additional information on what this process is would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you already did contact support, they will be more capable to fix your licensing issues than other users.

It's one of the rare situations where the forum is not the ideal place to have quick support. :)
