WOL after Shutdown not working

Over the last weekend i made the switch from truenas to unraid and everything went smooth except that WOL is not working after a full shutdown. WOL after sleep is working fine. All of this already worked on Truenas so it shouldn't be a problem with the Hardware.

 

I already made a few tests and i think the Network-Card is making a full shutdown and so the link is not active to receive a WOL-Package. If i cut the power completly after a full shutdown and then wait a few seconds before supplying power again the network card activates and it could receive the WOL-Package. Is there any way to configure that on shutdown that it should keep the Ethernet-Interface available? I already checked my ethtool settings for WOL and is set to "g".
