November 11, 20223 yr Hi, I have run into this issue a few times now where Unraid says that my parity disk has errors and disables the drive, I though that the issue might have been the drive bay I was in so I moved it to another bay ( I am running a hp proliant dl380p g8) but I have gotten the same issue a couple times since then but the SMART Health is saying that the drive is ok. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Dawson

November 13, 20223 yr Community Expert Parity disk dropped offline, this is most often a connection issue, but since you've already swapped slots it might be the drive, post new diags after a power cycle so we can see the SMART for the drive.

November 14, 20223 yr Community Expert Parity didn't come back online, like mentioned you should power cycle the server, just rebooting is usually not enough, and if power cycling also doesn't do it check/replace cables.
