Unable to stop array, reboot, and system not responding

Featured Replies

Hello, I am needing some help figuring out what is going on. first, all my drives are less than 2 years old. I had 16tb on the array and a parity disk. About 30 days ago one of my 4tb disks had 1 error, then within a few hours it had hundreds. I did not have a disk to replace it so I moved off as much data as I could using unbalanced. then on next reboot the drive was not detectable. (the disk was faulty and no longer would stay spinning up) I started a new config without the disk. now 2 weeks later an error on my other 4tb drive. i pulled all the data from the drive. This drive was still detected and from the smart diagnostics it seems fine. i decided I could preclear the drive and add it again. None of the data i hold is critical and i have a good parity.

Now when I try to turn docker services off, vm's, reboot, or shutdown nothing happens. I tried using terminal in the webgui and get no response. I hope there is something in the logs that can help because this is over my head.
