Is that going to be enough drive bays for your needs + growth? I just built a rackmount server with a Supermicro 846 24Bay hot swap chassis. Have you considered going that route? Why two of the drive cages?  


Why 11th gen CPU? Nothing against it but seems like a lot for what it is. I got a i7-13700K for $340. My current system is in a Define R5 with 11 bays. I built it three years ago but is running out of space.
