backing up folders to another computer

I have a Windows Home Server that I use to store some data. I've been manually copying certain folders to my UnRaid server for back up, but would like to do this automatically on a regular basis. What do you think would be the easiest ways to do this, I guess rsync? I haven't used it before.

    3. Adjust your preference.
