File sharing question???

Well, here I am again. Just asking questions like there is no tomorrow.

My question now, is more of a survey in a way, but I'm sure opinions will fly left, and right.

The first thing I'm going to do is setup a share when the array is all done. The share will be for my Plex Media folders.

I have multiple folders for Plex split up into Movies, 4K Movies, Christmas Movies, Cartoons, TV Shows, Documentary Movies, and Documentary TV Shows.

Do I make a share for each one, or just make one share, and put all of the folders in the one share? I hope it is one share, and all the folders go into that share.😁

The other question is about the 3 choices of High-water, Fill-up, and Most free. I study those things, but it just doesn't sink in for me I guess. What do most people use? and Why? What do you recommend?

I just use one share with multiple folders but I believe either would work.

I used 1 share with multiple folders.
