I have no access to plugins, or apps, and many dockers wont load gui after update to 6.11.3

After I updated to 6.11.3 everything says I have no network connectivity (even though I clearly do, as I can access it) plus I can access stuff from the internet to it, but "My servers" doesnt work, I can't update anymore it just errors out (I did backdate to 6.11.1 to see if it would fix it, but no change) I have no access to the apps store but my dockers work, but sometimes there Gui doesn't show up as an option. I have no idea what is going on. If I try to download anyting it says "Checking connectivity ... No response, aborting!"

 

Any help would be great, if I need to reinstall the flash drive or something how do I do that, yet keep my settings, I am doing a rebuild on a disk right now, I had one fail and started one, so if you see that in diagnois that's why. However it's just a drive with data no appdata or anything on it.

    Wait for the rebuild to finish then try booting in safe mode.
