My Appdata cannot be found

Hi , I seems to have lost my appdata folder. I have been trying to connect my appdata file to VSC , it worked for a while a few days ago now i cannot get into it any more.  When i double click on it nothing happens and i get the attached message.

 

 I tried to go to restore but is seems that  i have not set up my back up correctly as i can only the latest one which was the 21.11.22. I am a newbie so please be gentle.

 

 Any help would be appreciated.
