Parity rebuild very slow

I swapped one of my older 2TB hard drives with a new 8TB drive and started data rebuild. However, this is much slower than usual at only 600 KB/s to 1 MB/s rather than 45-95 MB/s. Do you have any idea what I can do to get it back up to the usual speed? Reboot and not starting most dockers / vms didn't really help. Diagnostics are attached. Thanks a lot for your help.
