Can't Download NZB files

I don't know if it's when I updated unRaid to version 6.11.4, 6.11.5, or NZBGet, but it has stopped adding nzb files to the download queue. The error I'm seeing is "Could not create file /data/tmp/nzb-*.tmp ". My docker is set up with /mnt/user/downloads in Host Path 2, 022 as Key 1, 99 for Key 2, and 100 for key 3.

 

My supervisord.log is attached.
