Dataloss of VM after folder was renamed, any chance on getting data?

So apparently i did a stupid mistake.

 

I moved some machines from an ESXI to Unraid and did some upgrading. After i upgraded everything and made sure, all machines were up and running i noticed that 1 machine was called "confluence_bak" instead of just "confluence". Today (after around a month) i rebooted the server and apperently i am missing data for around a month (last change i noticed was from nov 1st).
Is there any way to get the lost data?
