Slow data transfer with NVME

Hi, i have a laptop with 2 nvme slots and one is with a new 2TB NVME from XPG and one with A Sabrent Rocket 8TB

 

When i try to copy in Unraid from one NVME to the other the speeds are extremely slow. The same is when i connect with a Windows PC via file sharing. Any idea how to fox this ?

 

Both NVME can reach around 4000mb/s and with windows on this laptop before i reached around 3000mb/s
