Get rid of 192.168.1.1 as DNS #1   Could possibly be your router playing games  and since it's #1 it will always take precedence.  Move the google DNS's up

    Hi there, I tried that and it doesn't work. I rebooted my Tower before retrying.

    Your date & Time is completely out to lunch which definitely affects transfers
