i seem to be stuck on unRAIDServer-6.11.3-x86_64, Downloads 6.11.5 but then errors

Hello .. John Here is a small problem and hope this is a goo place to put it

 

unRAIDServer-6.11.5-x86_64 came out. So i thought i would keep up to date and tried to install it. This is the error i keep getting ( Anythough's I know it's something i did or did not do 😙 )

Flash drive problems, try chkdsk first, if that doesn't help backup and recreate, failing that replace it.
