Using new USB drive now my license is buggered

Recently there was a power blip that caused my UnRaid server to go down and restart, only when it restarted the USB got corrupted and didn't boot up into UnRaid when selected. I flashed a new USB with UnRaid copied the old config file from the old USB, and I booted up no problem, but now the license key/ file isn't registering. From the looks of things, the registration key/ file has to be on the old USB in order to register? Is that sound right? Anyway...could I back up the old USB, re-flash it and put the old config file on it, and would it work? Or could I get it working with the new USB drive?
