server froze, came back with hardware error warning

Featured Replies

I found my server unresponsive, not on network and with nothing on display. I had to hard-reset it. now running parity check after restart due to unclean shutdown

after restart, fix common problems is showing this warnings:

Machine check errors detected on your server
Your server has detected hardware errors. You should install mcelog via the NerdPack plugin, post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the Unraid forums

I have NerdTools and it doesn't seem to have a package called mcelog. I cannot make much out from syslog

Diagnostics attached. Can someone guide me please?

It happened again last night. I started suspecting memory and yes, memtest is giving me errors

I have 8GB x 8 slots. Unfortunately, I don't understand how to identify the bad slot based on 0-X

By BIOS is set as following, but I don't fully understand every option. Is there something I should change to get better feedback?

Just an update on this... identified the bad memory module. Now running longer memtest again with remaining modules to make sure no other issues
