air video directory...[moved]

Featured Replies

Probably a stupid question..i tried looking all over for the answer and couldnt find it. but i just installed air video to stream to my iphone and i want to change the directory. i see the format for thats default is Anime:/mnt/user/Anime etc... and for a single disk would be Name:/mnt/diskX/Folder...but how do i do a shared folder thats across multiple disks? thanks (= btw using unmenu.awk: Version 1.4 Revision: 223 with unraid 5.0beta6a

If you want to stream the share then use the share name.

Name:/mnt/user/ShareName  that should do it for you.  Before you make those changes stop airvideo and then start it up again after the changes.

thats what i thought and i tried it but no luck...my share folder for movies is called My Movies..ivetried

Movies:/mnt/user/My Movies

Movies:/mnt/root/My Movies

I think the issue is the space between "My" and "Movies".  rename the share to eliminate the space and try again.

If I remember correctly the space should not matter... though it has been a little while since I tested.

Please move this discussion to the airvideo unmenu package thread please so I can help there and it is easier for me to follow
