USB drive failed

Featured Replies

My USB drive failed on my unraid server.  Reading through your help documentation I need to contact you to get a new key, how do I do that? Do I need to make a new USB drive first and then swap out keys?  I was using unraid as my media server with plex.  I'm worried my array will be messed up, but I need to get unraid up and running first then worry about my other potential nightmare. 😞

Note that you can get an automated transfer of a licence to a new USB stick once a year without having to go through the support route.  Only if you have already done that within the last year do you need to contact support for a replacement key.

You also have the option if it is really critical to get the server running again ASAP to temporarily run with a trial licence on a new USB stick until you can get a replacement key.
