showstopper
Hi guys, I tried to change the cache disk yesterday but the mover took so long i kind of abandoned it. I restored my appdata and so my dockers are back and working. However no VM's are showing. I can see the vdisk.img files in the correct folders in domains. So I think my disks are there, is there a way to 'attach' them, or get them to show? Quote Link to comment
Solution JorgeB Posted December 6, 2022 Solution Share Posted December 6, 2022 You need to copy libvirt.img from the old cache, or restore from a backup. 1 Quote Link to comment
showstopper
I thought I did, but it looks like it doesn't like it. Does it need the original, or can it be recreated? The disks are still there. Edited December 6, 2022 by showstopper Quote Link to comment
Kilrah
If you don't have it you can recreate all the VMs on the page and reassign them the existing vdisks. 1 Quote Link to comment
showstopper
That was my plan b. Copied over the libvert.img and now my vm's are listed. Thanks all for your help. 1 Quote Link to comment
