Unraid Dashboard will not load or resolve

Featured Replies

Hello,

I cannot access the Unraid Server UI or the GUI via boot. Any ideas how I can access the server?

I did a clean server power-down. They powered up, as I do all the time.

However, when I tried to get to the Dashboard via its IP/URL. It only resolves back to some

https://9dc2d8f97ccb80e4988017bc2456127348f4fe69.unraid.net/Dashboard and unreachable.

So I plugged in a monitor to the server, and tried to boot into GUI mode and it failed.
So I pulled the Unraid boot USB, changed the network.cfg to a NEW static IP restarted, and the same.

So, no new router or anything, I flushed the cache on all machines and tried from iPAD on the same network. Check the router that no

new settings started.

Googled for 1 hr, read all forum posts and no clear answer to HOW to Reset or troubleshoot.

The array is not set to auto-start so I am just trying to understand HOW this could occur or what happened.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction ?

Fixed it -

Fixed: I edited the ident.cfg file to USE_SSL="no" and rebooted, now I can access the server.
