December 7, 20223 yr I have a few VM's setup on my server. This server moved locations to a new network. So, I went back in and reset the network protocols. I have two questions based on this (which may be stupid, and I apologize if they are, but I'm a beginner): All of my VM's are the same IP address. Is this correct? Is it necessary or useful to change this? and if so, how do I do that? Windows is the OS for all my VM's. I'm using windows remote desktop to access them. I can access the VM's totally fine within my home network (the same network that my server is on). I cannot, however, access the VM's remotely away from the network when I'm on another network. I'm assuming there's something really simple I'm not doing. What do I need to do to make this possible?

Establish a VPN connection between your remote machine and your home network. Whether that's the built in wireguard on Unraid, or some implementation in your router doesn't really matter.
