parity drive detect error more than 10 million, and parity check takes more than 4 years?

 I am new to the unraid, there is my problem, do i  having a bad drive or what. 

 

this server is up for only 3 days, and i was only trying to back up the data from external drive

 

and under below is my disk management setting :

in addition, at the beginning(right after the first boot), i was using the tool (new config) several times, because I was missing a drive(it was connected via SATA, but it does not show on the Unraid web GUI), and I rebooted few times, each time i use the tool (new config (ps i did not save older version of the config)). hope this information might help to understand my issue.

 

in conclusion, i have 2 issues:

 

1. slow parity check (takes few years to finish)

 

2.slow file transfer speed from cache to array (around 3MB/s)

 

3. so many error showed on parity drive.
