How do I backup the appdata which is on the cache drive without this plugin which was depracated?

This plugin has been deprecated and should no longer be used due to the following reason(s): Deprecated by the author. Suggested to use instead the forked version from KluthR While this plugin should still be functional, it is no recommended to continue to use it.
