Thanks in advance Yes - set shares living on your cache drive to 'Yes', disable docker and the VM manager so their files can be moved too, then run mover to move everything to the array. When it's empty, remove the drives from the cache slots, start the array, stop again and add your new drive to the cache slot. The online manual is pretty detailed, you should check it for anything I've missed - but I just upgraded my cache drive this morning and that's pretty much the gist of it.
December 13, 20223 yr Author So I still have appdata and system folders on the cache drive. The appdata have some empty folders which I think is ok but the system folder I still have libvirt.img in the /mnt/cache/system/libvirt folder. Mover didn't move that. Should I still proceed with stoping array and unasign the old cache drive to make room for the new cache drive? I don't wanna scare this simple hardware swap up LOL
December 13, 20223 yr Author Never mind, I actually had an extra SATA port and added the 4TB as an extra cache pool, so nothing to undo or redo
