请问Unraid网卡桥接的问题

现在用的是万兆网卡，如果关闭桥接，虚拟机和docker的网络会无法使用。但是开启桥接后，显示是万兆，但似乎用不到万兆的速度，显示无法协商，速度也只有200M/S,有两块缓存M.2，请问该怎么配置才能有万兆的速度
