My first Unraid setup - drives both DOA?

Just finished building my new Unraid setup and the drives arrived today, right before xmas! 

 

Hearing a fair bit of noise from them though (kinda like a rhythmic dentist drill) and when I go to add them to my first array they just disappear after being selected.

 

Diagnostics report attached.

    Both drives are not even giving a valid SMART report, suggesting a disk problem, just make sure all cables are well connected or replaced them but if the noises and SMART issues remain it's likely bad drives.
