Server disappears in banner

Featured Replies

Hi,

I searched the forums but haven't found one with same issue.

In the banner on  the top left it appears the description (e.g. Media Server) and to the right should appear the name of the server, but when the page loads it appears and when finishes loading the name of the server disappears.

The settings is set to show the name of the server.

Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Thx in advance for any help 😀

Hi,

Diagnostics attached.

As shown below, where the arrow is located it should appear the name of the server which is Dracul

as this shown bellow

and it does for a fragment of a second:

but reverts back to the first screenshot.

The display settings is set to show description
