I currently use a 1TB Samsung 850 PRO cache drive. I’m adding a second Drive to increase cache capacity, but this time it’s a Samsung 850 EVO. 
 

Is there a setting available to prioritize use of the PRO drive until it is full and then spillover to the EVO?

    Nope, but you could create a single btrfs pool with both.
