6.11.5 KEEPS CRASHING STILL

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Posted on this thread where I have had issues of my unraid server crashing every few days. Seems to have resolved as per solution in that thread thanks to JorgeB. However, I am now having the same issue (although not as often). No changes to hardware and only have been updating dockers when I see any are outdated.

I attach the syslog if helpful. it crashed yesterday 12/28

Please let me know if I can provide anything else to make it easier to diagnose.

Hope everyone is enjoying the holidays (for those celebrating!)

Thanks

Nothing obvious in the log, please post the diagnostics. mostly to see the hardware used.

Nothing jumps out, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.

Sounds good. Will try it out.

Hey @homiek33 - did you ever figure out this issue? I'm running into similar crashes that happen anywhere from a few weeks to a few days.

Not really. I didn't really do anything and it seems to have stopped. thanks
