Unraid is crashing randomly for no apparent reason within a few hours of booting up.

I am very new to Unraid. I just bought a server, and have been trying to get Unraid up and running on it. I am able to boot into Unraid without any issues. I have setup the root user account, and that is about it. Leaving the server running (not doing anything, just on the login screen) will eventually result in a crash. It usually takes a few hours. I've seen it crash within 2 hours, and I've seen it run as long as 20 hours so far, but eventually it always crashes.

The machine itself is still powered on and appears to be running (fans, lights, etc... are all still on) but Unraid is completely unresponsive (cannot access WebGui, Monitor is froze, router doesn't acknowledge the machine is connected to the network).

I bought this machine prebuilt a few days ago. It's main purpose is to run Plex. Here are the specs of the machine.

Processors: 2x Xeon E5-2673 v4 2.3GHz 20-Core CPU's, (Passmark-26537)
Memory: 32GB (4x 8GB) DDR4 Registered Memory
Storage Controller: 12Gbps IT Mode Storage Controller (Flashed to IT Mode; No RAID Pass-Thru Only)
Storage: 36x Hard Drive Trays with Screws
Operating System (Boot) Drive: 1.92TB 6Gbps SATA SSD
PCIe Add-On Card: Intel Dual Port PCIe Gigabit Network Adapter
Operating System: No Operating System Installed
Power Supply: 2x 1280W Power Supplies, (PWS-1K28P-SQ)

I've ran Memtest+86. It froze at 30% about 1 hr into the test, so it's possible this is a ram issue. However I have seen reports online that Memtest may not be that reliable anymore.

I setup syslog to try and capture some details of what might be causing these crashes which I will attach in this post.

The only thing I've thought of trying at this point is removing a stick of ram one by one in hopes that one of them, or a combination of them, are what's causing the issue, and try to figure out which stick, or sticks, are bad (assuming this is even a memory issue).

So far this has been a pretty demoralizing experience as I'm not sure what else to really do. I bought the server prebuilt so I could essentially just plug it in and get going with setting up Unraid without any headaches, or worry that I did something wrong while building it. Hopefully someone can shed some light.

That's a good place to start, I would start by using just one stick.

@JorgeB Unfortunately I have had no luck with getting this working. I tried all of the sticks of ram individually, and they all resulted in the same outcome, Unraid crashing after running for a few hours. Seems unlikely that all of the sticks of ram are bad considering this is a new machine, but I did buy a new stick from a different dealer to try that which will arrive in the next few days. In the mean time, do you know of anything else that may be causing this issue, or some other things I can try? Not sure where to go from here. I have attached diagnostics.

That looks more like a hardware problem, but try to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.

If anyone stumbles upon this post, and is curious what the issue was, it appears the raid controller was causing the issue. When I replaced it with a new one, the server stayed on and everything has been working as intended.
