Shares really slow <5MB/s

Hi, i'm having some problems with SMB share download/upload speed. I've tried to search for solution but no luck, as all other posts suggest network issue, but i can download torrents at well over the speeds i get when transfering files to a share (torrent over 40MB/s copared to share about 3MB/s).

Tried copying large and small files, but no change.

Drive is 6TB WD Red. Network info shows full 1GB link on unraid and on router.

Any ideas what to check/how to fix this?

    Start by running a single stream iperf test to confirm network is OK.
