AnonStormTrooper - Device is Disabled, Contents Emulated

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I'm having problems with a Seagate Barracuda 8TB hard drive, Unraid has disabled it for me:

"unraid emulated content disabled device"

In my telegram bot I have received the following message from the Plugin Fix Common Problems:

Warning - udma crc error count is 11
Unraid device dev1 SMART health [199]
Warning - udma crc error count is 11
1672429442
ST8000DM004-2CX188_ZCT1QRRJ (dev1)
warning

I am attaching my SMART report in case it is useful.

I have tried the proposed solutions of checking the wiring. I have even interchanged the wiring of other drives that are working without problems, and I can't find the fault. What I can do?

(Sorry for my poor English, I'm using a translator)

@AnonStoormTrooper

You posted about this in 2 different threads. Please don't post about the same problem in multiple threads. It makes it impossible to coordinate responses.

I have split your posts into their own thread.

Attach diagnostics to your NEXT post in THIS thread.
