Confused about how to remove a disk, but also add / replace another

Personally given that the Extended test completed without errors I would be inclined to keep the drive.

    Test passed so disk is OK for now.

    Click on the SMART warning for that disk on the Dashboard page to Acknowledge and it will warn again if it increases.
