Unraid 6.11.5 - General protection fault - Array Failing

Hello,

 

I'm getting a general protection fault then the array goes off line and requires a reboot.  I've collected some logs but I have no idea what is causing this.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Looks like the issues was a bad memory module.  I discovered it after I ran memtest.

     

    So far working ok.
