I am in the process of copying files over now.

 

I have a folder copied over to a drive, that shows to be 579 GB when you list the properties for the folder, but on the unraid menu the disc now has 623 GB used and it's the only folder on the drive.

 

Is this just lost space due to drive format?  Similar to how a 2 TB disc formats to 1.8 TB on NTFS?  If so this format leaves more usable space at 7.5% loss vs 10%.
