Using new Unraid Share feature in VM

Featured Replies

I don't read release notes enough and just found out about the new "Unraid Share Mode" in the VM editor. I have the share mode setup properly I believe, mapped to one of the shares I want my VM to access.

When starting the new VM and getting it all configured I don't see the mapped share in file explorer or in disk management. I figured it wouldn't be that easy but I'm not really sure how to get it to work and haven't found any definite guides so any advice is greatly appreciated!

When memoryBacking is specified in the VM it can casue VM to lockup, but doesnt affect all users.
