I was having an issue where all info was missing from the main tab so decided to reboot. Now there seems to be an issue with SSL. Diagnostics attached.

Looks like the Certificate provisioning server is down.

Are you trying this from the same LAN?

Yes I am. All containers etc are working also (if helpful).

Sorry. I don’t use nginx so no ideas.
The certificate provisioning server is still down. Hopefully you’ll have access once the server is back up.

First person who finds the certificate provisioning server is back running normally, Please post a notice in this thread!  Thank you in advance.

Sure thing. It's been going up and down and we're looking into it. It will show up here as well:

Should be back up @Frank1940

Still not working for me. Do I need to wait for propagation?

  • Community Expert

@SpencerJ  Nope---   Not at 3:56PM EST.

Sorry folks, the service is bouncing. You can track the status here https://status.unraid.net/

I believe that everything is working fine for most people, unless you got unlucky and happen to be provisioning/renewing right now. Then there are intermittent issues. We are actively working on this.

If you lose access to the webgui during this time please see https://wiki.unraid.net/My_Servers#How_to_access_your_server_when_DNS_is_down

Mine has started working. Hopefully it'll stay up.🤞

Mine is also working. Thank you whoever fixed this

Certificate provisioning and renewals have been stable for the last eight hours, woot!
  https://status.unraid.net/

We made some changes that should result in increased stability going forward.

But I'll go ahead and mention... if at any time you lose access to your server's webgui via your personal myunraid.net url, see this page: https://wiki.unraid.net/My_Servers#How_to_access_your_server_when_DNS_is_down

If I follow those steps it uses my self-signed ssl certificate rather than the LE certificate. Is that expected behavior?

Yes. The LE certificate is only valid for myunraid.net urls, if using a different url then it uses a self-signed cert.
