Any native app that will transcode video to an android device?

I know there are options like tversity that run on another machine that do this, but I'm trying not to run more devices than are necessary.  My unraid server is always on anyway, so it would be nice if there were a transcoder that would run on it so I could access my TV/movies on my phone or tablet while away from home.  Is there anything that runs on unraid that does this yet?

    I used Plex for this kind of thing. Subsonic has video support as well. You can also install Airvideo for iOS devices but Plex also be used.
